  Welcome to the Attalla-Etowah County Public Library. Our library takes pride in the resources we offer our citizens.
Free use of internet services as well as wireless connections are available to the public. The library provides copying and fax services for a small fee. Alabama Virtual Library cards may be obtained through the library.
Our conference room, which seats twenty, is available for continuing education and civic groups, free of charge. Please call the library for reservations.
We offer a wide variety of adult and children's books, magazines, reference material, local and regional newspapers. Library materials may be checked out for two weeks. Library cards may be obtained during regular hours. Children under fourteen must be accompanied by a parent to receive their card.
If you haven’t tried the Alabama Virtual Library research tool, you should. You may pick up your personal user name and password to access the Alabama Virtual Library at home, just by visiting our library. Click on image links below to visit featured online library services and resources.
Patrons must sign an Internet Use Agreement before accessing the Internet at the Library. Children/young adults, under age 18, must have a parent/guardian signature on file before accessing the Internet. The authorizations are filed at the library. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
